I started my business whilst being a mum to toddler twins and, I'll be honest with you, I didn't like how I was doing it. I was clock watching for them to get to nursery, so I could work. I was praying that they'd both have really long naps, so I could get as much done from my to-do list as I could.
When the penny dropped that I was feeling and thinking these things I was shocked with myself. These are the twins that I'd spent years waiting for. Endless amounts of heartache and tears to finally be blessed with miracle daughters and here I was wanting to work instead of being with them.
But then I realised that my actions were the results of my subconscious programming, which all pointed to the fact that I had a limiting belief that I had to work extremely hard to be successful.
So I worked on my own subconscious capacity so I could believe that I can have exactly what I want in life and business, and it can come from a place of ease, fun and flow. No overworking or push energy necessary.
And that's what I did. I've scaled my business from £200K cash sales by believing that I can be a present mum and have an incredible business.
Being successful in our business doesn't have to be a struggle or stressful. We do have to put in the work, but it gets to be light, grounded and fun.
We get to achieve whatever we want to by leveraging the power of our subconscious, our bodies and our energy instead of sacrificing our well being to unsustainable growth through hustle or push energy.
